The video does not seem to reach any real conclusions, so I will offer my own. UFOs displaying extreme maneuverability, intelligent control, and other strange characteristics are probably “black” research projects. They are made by humans right here on earth. The technology to make them has been accessible for about 115 years. I have written quite a bit about the physics which suggests such craft can be built. Additionally, there are probably good reasons for the secrecy and disinformation campaigns. Antigravity technology is not served a-la-carte. Rather it is more like a buffet. Research on this topic will turn up the antigravity stuff, but will also illuminate a lot of other technical capabilities as well. Most of these are beyond textbook physics, and although they are very useful and fascinating, they are also terrifying in view of what our violent civilization could do with them. Worse, almost any Tom, Dick, or Harry with a background in physics and some determined technical ability can make ANY of these things (in some form), and that would definitely not be good for the neighborhood. Hence, the need for secrecy, really DEEP secrecy.
Eventually though, people will figure it out. It is just a matter of time.
