At 2:19 p.m. a 37-year-old Quincy man was questioned during a motor vehicle stop on Lincoln Street. He was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
At 2:43 p.m. police responded to a gas grill fire on Hobart Street. Fire crews extinguished the blaze and the cause is under investigation.
At 7:08 p.m. a caller reported a group of males drinking in the movie theater at the Patriot Cinemas in the Shipyard.
At 10:11 p.m. a caller reported seeing an unidentified flying object in the sky and requested an officer to respond if they were not too busy. When asked, she denied that she was possibly seeing the fireworks display. She called back to say the object was still there but did not require any further service.
